Independence Day 2016
Awoke, and made almost two dozen devilled eggs after helping Mom invert the pineapple upside-down cake. The halves took up more than two egg trays. Joyce and Mom prepped the pork picnic roasts for their transformation to lechon.. Extra skin was purchased and prepped for the oven, as well. William and family will be here later. The family will head to watch fireworks later this evening.
