CAC--Jen's House Party
Yesterday, I went to a Catholic Alumni Club house party at my friend Jen's house. There was good food, (including two kinds of lasagna), and Jen and I decided to have carolling on her steps. A group sat on the steps, and we were joined by Mike Kernan, the club president. We sang a number of songs, ending with the Twelve Days of Christmas. A good time was had by all. I met someone there who had travelled from Morgentown, West Virginia!
As Ken, Maggie Mae, and I left the party for our respective homes, we commented on the view of the night sky and named off some of the visible constellations, despite a 1/3 waxing moon. We saw Orion and the Pleiedes, and Casseiopeia's chair, among other constellations. It was a nice party.
