Type and Cross
I went this AM to get my blood typed and crossed at the hospital's Central Testing facility, only to find (fortuitously) that it had already been done, according to the blood bank.
Yeah! No pokin' me again. Dad and I waited in the waiting room patiently, and I was happy to hear that the blood had been set aside for me.
We ran into my former Carnegie coworker, Mike M., and chatted with him. It was a good morning.
