Those Yearly Check Ups
Had a yearly squoosh, and my yearly exam, as did Mom. Mom and I went shopping and had lunch afterwards. We stopped by her primary care physician's office for a check up. Julie called, we chatted briefly, and we made it home as darkness took over the sky. The downtown (Dahntahn) skyline looked dramatic in the ebbing pink-peach light of sunset.
