Hail, hail, the gang's all here...
Hail fell after rain today, at about 5pm. We heard the rain falling onto the two air conditioning units in lab today....the next thing we knew, it was hailing---the biggest hail I've ever seen or heard. It was ~ half the size of a ping pong ball. "It's hailing," I declared, and many students ran to the windows to see and to regard it, in awe.
