Week of January 23, 2012
Monday I observed Vickie N teaching, along with Maryann. Maryann and I went to try out the computer simulation program in our office, and Elia joined us as well.
It turns out the Classic Genetics Simulation program is very similar to doing real research...no one in the group (nor do the instructors) know the outcomes.
Tuesday I met with Stacey to discuss NEXT week's molecular genetics I lab. I also taught.
Today I graded quizzes and also helped Mom and Dad with medical society issues, as well as with future family vacation plans. I taught this afternoon, and after finishing multiple recommendations for three undergraduates, I spoke with another undergraduate (who is planning a transfer application) after lab class today.
