walked out and claimed the four-hour hAm in the crockpot and re-heated the maple-cinnamon sweet potatoes in the oven before bringing everything over for Easter dinner chez Mom and Dad. William's family and Les joined us for dinner. We had:

Brown sugar spiral-cut slow-cooked ham
Maple roasted cinnamon sweet potatoes
Green bean casserole (Canne!)
Various bagels and whipped cream cheese
Bread
Lumpia fresh egg rolls in green leaf lettuce wrappers
Pancit noodles palabok
Sparkly non-alcoholic "red wine" juice
Welch's grape juice
lively conversation
Good company
Accompanied by a long, thankful prayer by Lola
