TUE 01 MAY 2018-  Went with Dad to a neurologist's office.
WED 02 MAY 2018- Staff Picnic! (Photo Op)
THU 03 MAY 2018- Joya and I went for smoothies near work.
FRI 04 MAY 2018- Stopped into work to do my timesheet. Carnegie Science Awards at the CMH with Debbie. We went for  D &A's ice cream afterwards!

SUN 06 MAY 2018-Marathon Sunday. Met S, and saw Cheryl from 8 there. Mass.
MON 07 MAY 2018- Full day @ work.
TUE 08 MAY 2018- Appt in Oakland today.
WED 09 MAY 2018-Full day @ work.
THU 10 MAY 2018- Partial day @ work. Ascension THU- Fr.  Paul W celebrated Mass @ the Oratory Chapel. His homily referred back to and hearkened back to a quote from the Gospel reading, Lectionary 58, Ascension THU. I commented to him that His Homily was almost like a poem.

Attended last choir rehearsal this evening.
FRI 11 MAY 2018- In the AM I met up, then in the PM I met RDK, we chatted outside then went to Carnegie Library for work on floor 2.
SAT 12 MAY 2018- Heard Dep Sheriff Jason Tarap speak to GSSWPA about emergency kits.
Dippy Spot at the museum! (135:2.5) Mostly local, and in a radius to mid-state; IA; WV; Akron, OH;...S. India; China.
Relaxing afternoon.
SUN 13 MAY 2018- MOTHER's DAY--SCMA's piano recital...at Hope Cathedral, his teacher was Laura Carmichael. All of us headed to Patron for dinner. Delicious food!
MON 14 MAY 2018- Full Day @ work.
TUE 15 MAY 2018- Early meeting @ CLP. Brought 2 boxes of GS cookies with me, which I shared at the Spring Lunch after a great talk at the museum.
WED 16 MAY 2018-Full Day @ work. Second go @ Annual meeting for my building.
THU 17 MAY 2018- Partial day @ work, evening ice cream with Stacy from Mu.
FRI 18 MAY 2018- Dad went with me to my morning appt to the S side (Rooney Sports complex).
Dad and Les went to BB's school event.
SAT 19 MAY 2018- Rose before 6AM to watch the wedding of Harry and Meghan. Comments at an other post. Helped with laundry. Time for a nap and some phone calls before work. Spot, as usual. Ask Me in WAN un écureuil taxi (134: 3h). Super Science Saturday (Found in Pennsylvania), Intel Science Fair, Carnegie Mellon Graduation events.
MON 20 MAY 2018-Full Day @ work. Right after work, saw the Pope Francis movie with Debbie @ the Waterfront. It was awesome.

Saw a neighbor afterwards. We all thought it was a great movie.
We chatted over burgers, fries, and a peanut butter and chocolate fudge shake about it.
TUE 22 MAY 2018- Had blood draw, got new items for my cane, went with Dad to the library (troubleshot with Terri regarding Mom's Android account), took a well-deserved nap.
WED 23 MAY 2018- Full Day @ work. Went to the library to pick up a hold/ requested item.
THU 24 MAY 2018- Worked a half day. Picked up my second box of cane tips... Went to the First Year Students Programs meeting in the PM.
FRI 25 MAY 2018- Went to CMNH with Christina and Gino. Saw the dinosaurs, Base Camp, animals on the second floor, and the polar bear and bison on the third floor. Lots of fun.
SAT 26 MAY 2018- Ran errands/ groceries with Dad downtown and in Bloomfield. Spot of the boat at the museum (2.5: 125), from 13.00 to 15.00. Visitors from around here, E PA, FL, Detroit, OH, VA, and Chile. Also a tour.
SUN 27 MAY 2018- Lector (1)  with Perrin H as lector (2) at noon Mass. Shane was the cantor, with the choir in force with Don, and Ken at the console. Fr. Steve from the Oratory celebrated the Mass, with Antonio and 3 other servers, with Tim D serving, as well.

After Mass, Sarah, Aisha, and I went for pan-Asian food on S Craig Street and we chatted outside in the great weather (with a slight breeze, sunshine, and fluffy cumulus clouds), until we decided to take a selfie.

MON 28 MAY 2018- Memorial Day 2018- SCMA and I spent 3 hours at the Oakland museums. We entered at the carriage entrance, thanks to MM.We went first to the "Order out of Chaos" exhibit on the 2nd floor of the CMoA. Then, to the Scaife Galleries---playing the board game in the Japanese print gallery.
Hunger drove us through Dinosaur Hall/ DITT and down the elevators to Fossil Fuels Cafe for lunch.
After lunch, it was up to Floor 2, including to the movie about Animals Playing by the Black  Panther statue.
Then, up to the 3rd Floor to We Are Nature (where we spotted and spoke with Jules at her Spotlight), Bird Hall and the Section of Mystery, and Anita at her Carnegie Boat Spotlight.
Afterwards, we quickly visited the reindeer, polar bear, ice house, and the bison. Soon after, it was time to visit Lion Attacking Dromedary (with Beth H at her Spotlight). Also spotted Nancy S, the Lead today. We waited for MM and then Harry joined us for froyo on S Craig Street.

Then, it was time to listen to the recorded book by Kevin Kwan.

TUE 29 MAY 2018- Worked a full day @ work. Balmy day, with a slight breeze, but no sign of precipitation. Am listening to disc 4/11 now.
WED 30 MAY 2018- Worked a full day @ work. Posted more on social media. Listened up to disc 7/11 this evening. Got poke for M + D and for myself. Lucy and Kevin talked about Alex (who knows K, and chatted with him). M+D's flight was ~ 3 hours late. I got home two hours later, at ~1.40AM.
THU 31 MAY 2018- Worked 3 hours today. M went to the lecture on the centennial for Czechs and SLovaks. Maryann went, too, and will receive an award. Posted more on social media. Will make spaghetti a la Mom tonight with its namesake!
