Saint Padraig--Happy St. Patrick's Day 2020
Spent the rest of St. Padraig's Day at my home, playing Irish dance party music, sending texts, cooking farfalle pasta with various sauces (olive oil with funghi, another batch with pesto, and boiling primed beets for ~ 30 minutes for green lettuce/ chevre/ beet salad (dressed, of course). I enjoyed a little bit of these for lunch and dinner.
