Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: St. Paul Cathedral Pastoral & FInance Council Joint Meeting 2007, Adam's visit
This Sunday after choir Nancy, Anjali, and I went out for lunch at Orchids. The buffet was great, and Nancy had the Masala tea. We exchanged job hunting and grant-writing advice, and newspaper articles about potential job sites and Ireland.
Yesterday--Monday--the St. Paul Cathedral Parish Pastoral Council and Finance Council met for a picnic of burgers and hot dogs supplied by Fr. Tom. We had a greatly productive meeting, including talking about past issues, fundraising and funding issues, and volunteer registration. Many agreed that all of us on the councils should register with the Diocese of Pittsburgh to obtain proper clearances to volunteer in the Diocese.

Tuesday, Adam visited Pittsburgh and some of the choir and music ministry took him out for drinks and dinner in the Strip district. Adam was the same, heading to Johns Hopkins for his higher degree, and had a particularly stylin' haircut. We all enjoyed his and each others' company.
