Plaid Tidings

Mom, Dad, and I went to the matinee show of Plaid Tidings today. A follow-up from their first show, Forever Plaid, there were holiday songs, including a take on Gloria in Excelsis Deo, which called on audience participation as the song took on a Caribbean flavor. Dad engaged in the participation. We happily munched on cookies and flavored coffees and teas, supplied by our server, Brian. The Ed Sullivan portion of the program had us lovin' it.

Mom, Dad, and I visited the Strip District afterwards, getting fish from Wholey's, and ginger and other supplies from Lotus Store. I'll take them out for soup and salad bar when Mom returns from Mass tonight.
