Nancy and I spotted fourteen police cars heading west on 376 between the Allegheny County Jail/old Forbes Avenue offramp and the Squirrel Hill exit. Sirens wailing, lights flashing. Then, heading east on Fifth Avenue, we spotted another police car heading west toward Neville/Morewood. Much activity in town currently.

Turns out it was a car chase that ended in Cranberry with a blowout from the punctures to the getaway car's tires

There was a water main break at Neville this weekend, and the water flowed freely in Fifth Avenue from the north side of that street.
