A couple days ago I pointed out to William a news story about a 17-month-old baby who can read words and phrases--and cursive, too. Pretty amazin' stuff. WE never had kids who read at that age when WE were children.

I must note that in the linked video that the child Elizabeth requests a favorite book by name, as Beatrice often does with her own home library.
