Leaving Philadelphia, October 2009
I slept in until ~eight this morning and went to Reading Terminal Market to meet Pat K. at Philbert the Piggy Bank pig. We decided on breakfast at the crepe place after the Amish breakfast place was full. I had an apple-caramel crepe, and Pat enjoyed a strawberry-banana crepe with eggs. We chatted, shared family stories, etc.
After breakfast I departed for the bus terminal and met Catherine, who is traveling cross-country from Germany. We sat across the aisle from each other until Harrisburg, where we sat next to each other and exchanged stories.
Mom and Dad and I enjoyed a home-cooked meal of chicken, rice, mung beans, fresh tomatoes, and papaya. I packed my lunch for work tomorrow, and answered emails.
