Pittsburgh Wellesley Annual Tea 2012
Tea sandwiches.
Scones with jam and clotted cream.
Petit fours, and chocolate mousse tarts.
Delicious teas (of which I chose jasmine, as last year).
There were a dozen ladies attending. As soon as our first table filled up, a few of us broke off from the group and sat at the second table (Amy, Nia--a current student, Margaret, Karen, and myself).
The other table held the rest of our party: Peggy and Betsy, Kelly, Morgan, Kaitlyn (a current student), Lynne, and Kelsey. Kelsey made a great recommendation for an outing event for the Pittsburgh Wellesley Club.
Lynne was kind enough to give me a lift home. We spoke about meeting Wellesley professors on the Continent, as well one of my favorite (Christmas) hymns.
