Monday- Physical Therapy, Administrative Chores
Yesterday (Monday) I walked to physical therapy and on the way home I did administrative chores at work.
My ankle was swollen and sore in the evening, so I applied ice to it for ~25 minutes and watched a show on WQED about American Songwriters with Mom.
