THU, FRI- Physical Therapy, Lunch; Doctor's Check-up, then Dinner Fun

Thursday was physical therapy day.  Later that day it was back on the cane after a half week on crutches.  Lunch THU with Jen at the place for smiles.  We had a pleasant conversation, and wholesome, filling meals.

Friday was a visit to Dr. Mac's office.  The resident, Malcolm, did the evaluation and intake.  Dr. Mac was pleased, and instructed me to wean (gradually) off the boot.  I saw Dr. Larry on the way out, chatted with him; and (like Fr. B) stated, "Let no good deed go unpunished," which we smiled about!

Also, spent FRI making plane and hotel reservations for Mom and Dad.

Friday night brought shopping, then after, dinner fun with the PAPAGP gang at one of our homes in the South Hills.  It was good to see Tita Lydia and Uncle Cesar (we saw them at Bible Study, and met their apos and daughter on the 24th of August).

Friday, after dropping off Mom (and our stuff), I ran into M, who had her research featured recently in the alumni magazine.  She gave me a K-Pear, so BIG! (but apparently is small compared to the non-exported fruits).  We chatted for a bit.
