SUN 12 APR 2020- Maligayang Pasko!

After my morning ablutions and dressing for Easter Sunday, I shrinky-dink wrapped a white large egg with a vintage Ukrainian gold-and-white Easter egg wrap given to me by Su En.
09.50- Just got an email back from her re: my two results pictures! Must check that, before we watch Easter Mass from either St  Paul Seminary, Pittsburgh/ St Patrick Cathedral in New York/ the National Basilica in Washington, DC.
M and I settled on morning Mass from the Cathedral in Pittsburgh, the first morning Mass broadcast on Christian Associates after the quarantine for the grouping ended last night. D  joined us in front of the television. Fr Kris Stubna celebrated the Mass, Bryan lectored, Becky and Don F provided the music ministry from a block away from each other, Tom Bainbridge served. What a wonderful occurrence, to have the first morning Mass after the grouping's quarantine ended to be this morning's EASTER MASS! We greatly appreciated Fr Kris's homily:
"Have no fear...Do not be afraid, it is I, the Lord.
Go tell your brothers...be messengers of Hope,"
after the end of the reading of the Gospel according to Mark.

At the beginning of the same reading:
"When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices (Mk16:1)....'Who will roll back the stone for us? (Mk 16:3)'....They were utterly amazed (Mk16:5). "

and at the end of the reading from the Gospel:
"You seek Jesus of Nazareth, crucified....He is not here. (Mk16:6)
"But go, tell his disciples....(Mk16:7)"
