Liver and Onions
Yesterday night, Maureen and I went out to eat, and we saw Kristi (our hostess/ maitresse d'hotel). We both had liver and onions with the salad bar (gotta love that green fluff!) and a side, and then had decaf lattes for dessert.
I have discovered that medium rare (more toward the rare side) liver tastes less gamey.

My students have started to write their final draft of a proposal for research. It is very exciting!
This afternoon, my frosh students and I will attend a presentation by the university Office of Undergraduate Research.
