Myrtle Beach
Yesterday we arrived in Myrtle Beach. At the Information/welcome center we received some complimentary tickets for a show Tuesday night, and picked up some brochures. We will attend an event Monday for promotional purposes.
Had lunch at a nearby Chinese buffet. Checked in, retrieving the key and paperwork.
We got settled in last night and initially intended to drive down to see where the theatre is…we ended up noticing that the map in hand is not to scale…and headed straight for the Food Lion for provisions on the other side of the road.
Evening snacks included chips and onion dip, and ice cream novelties. We watched America’s got Talent on the flat screen.
Just sent some electronic correspondence out.
Time to get back to bed..right next to the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The only annoyance are these small bugs that look like papaya pits on the porch.
