Took M to vocal therapist this morning. In the evening, attended the Zoom ~as meeting.

Had a virtual meeting with a friend this afternoon.

No Bible study this evening--it was cancelled.

A scene from Rustin, a Netflix movie, is being filmed today on the block.

Brought M to the South Hills to an ophthalmologist.

Sent a Google Meeting reminder.

Meeting for PAPAGP Grants. MyIB, MCL, and I met virtually. We divided up tasks to be accomplished.

Mid-afternoon brought for their voyage.

Snail mailed an application.

Daylight savings time ended very early this morning. Reset most of the clocks about.

Watched the 10.00 televised Mass from the Cathedral.

SCN, H, and I went for a walk in 9MR mid-afternoon. Got some gasoline at Get Go.

Family Zoom in the evening. Brushed, Flossed, and Rinsed.

Attended a work Moriarty lecture on Lepidoptera given by Kevin Keegan. Walked to/from 2 appointments. Brushed, Flossed, and Rinsed.

Did laundry. Walked with WA to his neighborhood library. We asked after DiCo, a friend from library school and a branch at which we both worked. She moved to be closer to family. We went to a homey bakery, where we got a glazed donut and a Boston creme donut.

This evening I attended a caregiver virtual webinar. Also attended Bible Study facilitated by Fr Mike Darcy.

Veteran's Day. 

This morning I went for a short walk on 9MR with SCN (and H), grocery shopping in Garfield. At about 4 PM I walked to the library.

All-day conference webinar. Hosted the Google meeting with MCL for PAPAGP Grants late in the afternoon.

K and k were at the art museum, but had no time to stop by with the class.

PAPAGP had a meeting at MyB. I did not attend.d

Watched the 10.00 televised Mass from the Cathedral.

Mid-afternoon I walked to my appointment.

Picked up D and M from their mini family reunion.

This morning the NHIs at the museum had a 2-hour work meeting, plus a half hour for our survey.

There was a Zoom meeting for ~as, which I attended. We were working to finish 2 applications. I will work on final read of the 2nd tomorrow morning.

Finished my read of a draft of the final draft of a grant this morning. Mid-afternoon SCN, her bike, and I went for a walk in 9MR. Her nieghbor, S, tried bicycling after many decades, and wants to get a bike, too. 

I made carne norte with vegetables for dinner for D, M, and me. Bible study was cancelled at the last minute.

Sent reminders to the PAPAGP Grants team for our meeting tomorrow afternoon.

This morning got a notice from AnAng stating that the PNR Task Force was having a dinner to honor MCL this afternoon, making the meeting untenable.

I prepared (for the first time) two Cornish hens for D and M. They loved it! M made sweet potato brule, too. 

Attended the 10.00 televised Mass from St. Paul Cathedral with D and M. 

Much later in the afternoon we had our weekly family Zoom meeting. We discussed Harry the dog, too. 

Got some supplies for D, M, and myself at McKnight Road, a haircut, and returned some items at the Ross Park Mall.

Had two appointments for PT, and an appointment later in the morning. Went for a walk on Tranquil Trail with SCN and H. Today is Auntie CRV's birthday. Went to the fishmongers in the Strip District and to the Asian Market in the Strip District with M.

Clarified issues by phone calls. Went to Palenkeng de Malaking Aguila in Shadyside for supplies.

After Ir went to WA's, k, K, and WA arrived at D and M's. We took 2 vehicles Downtown to a sit-down Thanksgiving restaurant for lunch. O well. Thanksgiving dinner chez D and M was much better: Nilaga at Paksiw dishes, lovingly prepared by M. Everyone's bellies were full.

Chillin' with family for Thanksgiving weekend! Sent questions for my building meeting next WED. K and D went to the Strip District to pick up live lobster for dinner preparation.

Call to phone tech support this morning....then at 10.30, segued to SCN's online yoga class. 

Went to get makings of fresh lumpia at Palenkeng de Malaking Aguila in Shadyside.

Ohio State lost to Michigan, at Michigan today (27 to 42). This was after many years of a winning streak by Ohio State (since 2011).  As the clock ran out, the spectators moved from their seats to the football field. Body to body they were, and what struck me in the first moments after the end of the game, as coaches and players were interviewed on the field, was the lack of face masks. Of all the persons I saw on the field, only 2 spectators were observed to be properly masked. "What?" I exclaimed, "Are they trying to get sick?"

After an early dinner of fresh lumpia and of lobster, both leftovers from yesterday, k and K and Ir departed for WA's for items left behind before leaving for home.

D, M, and I observed the 1st SUN of Advent by participating in the televised 10.00 Mass from the Cathedral. Fr. Kris Stubna celebrated the Mass with Deacon Tom Berna assisting. 

Had a late AM appointment w X for PT. Drove there, and back. Drove M to the appointment uptown for voice. We made Lalang's favorite, pepper steak, for dinner with D.

In the late afternoon, M was the last patient of the day with Dr. Jenifer. I like the fact that she talks to M as a peer.
