St. Paul Cathedral--First Annual Ministry Fair

All the organizing work of Barb McV. paid off. The St. Paul Pastoral Council hosted a great, fruitful first annual Ministry Fair. Representatives of the various ministries shared their experiences with potential pastoral ministers after the 6pm Saturday Mass, and all but the earliest Sunday Mass. There were balloons and food, and it was a festive atmosphere. Much thanks to all the goal teams and representatives from the ministries, and especially to Barb, Donna S., Ed R., Dave S. and myself who ensured plenty of food under the tent during the events. Fr. Tom was present and ensured provisions of space, supplies, etc. The end of the Fair dovetailed nicely with the Welcome Back picnic sponsored by the College Ministry/Newman Center. We have Fr. Dave Abernethy to thank for the tent which housed us during those rainy spells.
